A most gracious New Year to all our students and parents. I hope you are well, and that the Christmas and New Year holidays were meaningful and restful.

As we begin another year, there may be thoughts of making resolutions; re-solutions to things that have not gone so well in the past. A chance to re-align, and re-commit to the journey that is ahead. Going to the source is always a good idea. When we lose our way, one of the exercises in religious retreats is to retrace our steps to the beginning, to re-discover the initial impetus and inspiration that led us to embark on our journey in the first place. What a good place to start. Quite similar to responding to an attack. The attack has to be neutralized, but going and entering directly into the source may be more helpful to resolve it.
