As you ponder and reflect on O Sensei's words, ask yourself how it may apply to your view of the world, your community, your friends, your family and to yourself. The saying echoes O Sensei's reminder to train in a vibrant and joyful manner.

Joyful energy is contagious as it is powerful. The result is the light of wisdom shining on your path ahead, and a warmth that will comfort those around you. Practise in a similar manner and experience Aikido as you have never experienced before.
